QR Code Visualisation

I decided to create QR codes as another way of visualising my data. I used the same technique as I used in the numbers workshop, using Illustrator to create a square made up of smaller squares. I then deleted areas to show through to the white, which included information about the deliveries. I found this an effective way of creating these experiments and the square method worked well with the QR code visualisation.

I tried creating a few variations of this style, and found that the ones with square corners looked the most realistic, so I used this style to create four visualisations.

Using this method allowed me to carefully write out my data, such as the overall number of parcels, letters and junk mail delivered, and the proportion of important, essential and non essential deliveries received. This was data not already recorded in my barcodes, so provided another layer of data.
